Whose pipe is it, mine or the city's?
In Minneapolis, the homeowner owns the line from the house all the way to the connection at the city main, including the stretch under the street. We check on the footage where the problem sits, and if it is at or past the main, that is the city's side and we help you file it instead of quoting you for it.
Will homeowner's insurance cover it?

Does lining actually last, or is it a patch?
